《出得廳堂》計劃，希望將一個本來平板框固的官方「藝術品外借計劃」變成一個大家可以參與耍樂、發揮創意的公眾藝術素材資源庫。

透過邀約不同策展人及藝術家，就現成「藝術品外借計劃」的外借作品塑出不同的展覽組合、作品創作、詮釋新角度，甚至帶出對於計劃的後設按語或對話，以及場地脈絡的介入。這些獨特的主題角度，作品串聯帶出的新解讀等，將成為《出得廳堂》活化「藝術品外借計劃」的示範平臺。而藉此長期持續運作的平臺，《出得廳堂》計劃希望覓得觀眾街坊進一步參與，使之成為一項介入服務對象生活環境的社區藝術實驗。

By lending the existing official “Artwork on Loan” Program as a visual archive (museum without walls) for playful manipulation, curatorial wise, interpretation wise, setting wise etc. The project queries how art makes sense to everyone within their different but shared life-worlds. In this way, we hope to shift the focus from the present borrowing of artwork reproductions to a creative participation.
