「藝術品外借計劃」由香港藝術發展局及康樂及文化事務署合辦，持有「香港公共圖書館」圖書証的人仕，可在藝術資源中心借閱逾百幅的本地藝術家傑作。
The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (ADC) in collaboration with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department introduces a brand new borrowing scheme – Artwork On Loan, allowing the general public to appreciate the works of local artists at their own place.
